Class Descriptions

Gentle Hatha Yoga is appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels, including those with physical limitations (always check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program). This class moves at a slow pace and detailed instruction is provided for getting into the postures. 


Open Vinyasa is a relaxing, slow flow yoga practice. This class is appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels. Previous experience with yoga is not necessary in order to participate in and fully enjoy this class. Modifications are provided throughout the class in order to provide a range of options in the poses so that students may adjust the practice to their individual level.

BUTI Yoga is an awesome workout combining Hatha yoga, tribal dance and plyometrics. Familiarity with basic yoga poses and a moderate fitness level are recommended. Bring your towel and water bottle for this fun and challenging class!

P90X LIVE! is a total-body, cardio, and strength training class that uses body weight as well as dumbbells and resistance tubing. Classes are approximately 55-minutes and are created using the latest techniques and science from the best personal trainers, strength training experts, and group fitness leaders. P90X LIVE! accommodates a wide range of fitness levels and abilities. Modifications and progressions will be shown at every workout. All equipment will be provided. Bring a water bottle and towel because we will be getting our sweat on!


Mats and props are provided for all classes free of charge.
