Class Descriptions
 

Gentle Hatha Yoga is appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels, including those with physical limitations (always check with your doctor before beginning any exercise program). This class moves at a slow pace and detailed instruction is provided for getting into the postures. 

 

Open Vinyasa is a relaxing, slow flow yoga practice. This class is appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels. Previous experience with yoga is not necessary in order to participate in and fully enjoy this class. Modifications are provided throughout the class in order to provide a range of options in the poses so that students may adjust the practice to their individual level.
 

 
Class Fees:

Single class: $15
Senior/Student Single class: $10

5-class package: $55 (does not expire)
Senior/Student 5-class package: $50 (does not expire)

Monthly Unlimited Pass: $80
(expires 30 days from activation date)

 

Mats and props are provided for all classes free of charge.
